Accolite, now part of Bounteous, is seeking a dynamic Senior Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and robust analytics solutions for world-class clients. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and test ETL processes using Python, SQL, and Java; build secure RESTful web services; collaborate across Data Science and Engineering teams to deploy ML models and automate pipelines; and help shape architecture for high-performance, data-centric systems. You’ll be a key player in end-to-end data lifecycle management across platforms like AWS, Azure, and on distributed storage ecosystems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience (Apache stack, big data, ETL)
• Proficiency in Python (Django, scripting), Java (OOP, Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Experience with large-scale distributed storage & compute platforms (Hadoop, Spark)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix scripting
• Experience with ML model deployment, automation, and data analysis
• Cloud certification/experience (AWS Developer Associate, Solutions Architect) highly preferred
• Experience with data pipeline automation, web technologies (HTML, JS, React), Jenkins pipelines
